Bethel University Men's and Women's Hockey Tour to Europe December 2020.  Incredible family and team tour visiting three Olympic host cities, beautiful mountain towns, famous Christmas Markets and more!  Austria, Germany and Italy in one tour.

December 19 - 27, 2020

    • More Christmas Markets, Skiing, Olympic sites, and charming towns

    • Day trip to Bolzano/Brixen region via the Brenner pass and Dolomites.  Quaint ski village in the mountains
  • Separate Itineraries for both teams

  • Everyone coordinates their own flights.  We will have several flight options that families may choose from so we can coordinate arrival transportation.
  • DEPART the US on December 18th.
  • Plan is to fly in and out of MUNICH (MUC) Airport.  Book your incoming flight so you arrive in Munich on Dec. 19 between 7 AM and 10 AM.  Bus departs for Garmisch at 10 AM.  Depart Munich on the 27th any time after 8 AM.  DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS UNTIL CONFIRMED!

TOUR PRICING

Land Only Pricing is $2500.00 per person.  All based on double occupancy.

Processing charges applicable when using credit cards.  All options based on $600.00 online deposit and two more payments.  

PAYMENT schedule:

PAYMENT PLAN:  Fees are divided into (4) installments with the first installment of $600 per person to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT in (3) three equal installments on June 15, 2020, August 15, 2020 and October 5, 2020. See the table below for reference.

  • If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your Sport Ngin account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information
  • All credit card payments are subject to processing fees through our carrier.

IF a player or family gets a sponsorship or sells advertisement then that amount is deducted from the last payment.  A full reconciliation of your bill is done on October 20th.  Anyone that is over paid will receive a check by October 30th or until the funds have cleared from your sponsor.

Single only supplement is $450.00 for parents.  Limited.

Group Flight Option - More Details to Follow

 

  1. A $250.00 Non-Refundable deposit per seat DUE: May 25, 2020.
  2. Final Payment, Names as they appear on passports, date of birth and gender.  Any known numbers, frequent flyer numbers and special seat requests DUE: October 1, 2020.
  3. After ticketing, October 5, 2020(full passport names, dates of birth, gender and payment); seats are non-refundable.
  4. Name changes after ticketing are allowed up to 72 hours prior to departure for a fee of $200 per name change.
  5. If the group falls below 10 seats, it is no longer considered a group and the group contract is invalid, penalties will apply and tickets will need to be repriced for single ticketing and all deposits are lost.
  6. Upgrades are available upon request via Airline.
  7. One free bag up to 50lbs/62li included.
  8. We will get clarification on hockey bags and sticks.

Families have the option to help raise funds for their tour through selling sponsorship on the tour jerseys.  90% goes back to the family to use for their fees.  Average person raises $900.00 with just one sale.  Souvenir jersey with sponsors for each player.
